Mobile App and Appointment Policies

We have implemented new policies in 2022 to ensure that our doctors and their teams can utilize their time in the best interest of all of our clients and patients.

 

Please review the policies below and feel free to ask any questions at the time of scheduling your first appointment.

Confirmation Policy

As a courtesy, we will reach out via text, email and phone to confirm your scheduled appointment. You must confirm your appointment via text, email, or phone call upon receiving it.

 

If an appointment has not been confirmed by 12:00 pm the day prior, it will be considered forfeited and will be canceled. You will receive a request to reschedule if this happens.

Late Cancelation / No Show Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call or text 616-451-1810 or do so on our mobile app. If it is outside of our business hours or a team member is unavailable, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. You will receive a confirmation of cancelation once this message is received.

 

When an appointment is canceled with more than 2 hours' notice on the same day, the appointment will be considered a late cancelation. A $25 deposit will be required to book appointments if there are more than three late cancelations in six months.

 

If an appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours' notice, the appointment will be considered a No Show. A deposit of $50 will be required for all future appointment scheduling.

 

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.

Late Arrival Policy

For our team to give each patient and their owner the time and attention they deserve, each scheduled appointment must start on time.

 

We will have to reschedule if you arrive >10 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. Late arrivals are marked as "No Shows," and a deposit of $50 will be required for all future appointment scheduling.
